About PROPRIV

The State Property and Equity Holdings Management Company (PROPRIV) is the Angolan sovereign entity responsible for managing State property and financial equity holdings. Through the Privatization Program (PROPRIV), it aims to reduce State intervention in the economy, promote business development, and strengthen national entrepreneurial capacity. The entity supervises the Public Business Sector (SEP), executes the privatization and restructuring policy for state-owned enterprises, and manages State financial holdings, including the supervision of financial assets and public funds. IGAPE (Institute for the Management of State Assets and Holdings) serves as the related supervisory body.
