Unidade de Gestão da Dívida Pública (UGD) is the Angolan sovereign debt management unit, responsible for the strategic management of the Republic of Angola's public debt portfolio. It operates under the Ministry of Finance and works in coordination with IGAPE (Institute for Management of State Assets and Participations) to ensure sustainable debt levels and transparent sovereign financing.
